Sarah Washburn has over two decades of experience in the childcare industry and a passion for helping families.

She founded The Washburn Agency in 2007 to bring this experience and passion to the Boston area. Not only does Sarah’s experience as a wife and mother help her to bring a unique perspective to each placement, but her own time working as a nanny and studying hospitality management also help her to run The Washburn Agency.
